Forest Therapy can help us slow down by calming our restless minds and relaxing our tensed bodies.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands we traverse and enjoy.
We recognise their deep and continuing connection to the land, water and skies, and thank them for their care and protection of the environment. We pay our respects to the Elders of the First Nations people, past and present.
